Sermon-based Small Groups
Growing in your relationship with Christ is a lifelong process - and it's made richer by doing it alongside others who want to grow, too. Sermon-Based Small Groups are made up of about 8-14 people who meet weekly in homes throughout the Valley for sharing, study, and prayer. The study is focused on the sermon from that week, using a provided study guide with questions to help your group go deeper into applying the sermon to your daily life. Each group is led by a trained leader and host. Sessions run for 8-10 weeks with breaks for holidays and summer vacation.
Need care? We all do, at some point in life. Faith Church Care Ministries are here for you when you need some extra support for life's ups and downs. Our groups are non-threatening environments where everyone is welcome - even if you've never been to church before. The following groups are currently available; most groups meet Mondays at 7 pm:
Celebration Place (for kids 5-12)
Survivors of Sexual Abuse (for women only)
Health Challenges Together (HC2)
Betrayal & Beyond
Conquer: Fighting for Freedom
Art of Marriage
Despite the world's best efforts to convince us otherwise, Christian men must recognize that trying to make it on our own in this world is an impossible task. Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken. (Ecclesiastes 4:12) That's why men's ministry at Faith Church focuses on promoting a culture of biblical brotherhood through a network of small groups and large group events like quarterly breakfasts, sporting events, and serving opportunities. Women's ministry at Faith Church is as diverse and multifaceted as the women who make up our church family. Here are some of the ways women can connect in groups:
MOPS - Mothers of Preschoolers
MOMSnext - Moms of School Age Kids (K-12th grade)
DanceBlast Fusion - Women’s cardio dance workout
The Well - Monthly gathering for adult women of all ages and life stages
