Joe Henseler | Lead Pastor
Joe came to Faith Church in 2005 as the High School Pastor, and switched roles to become Lead Pastor in 2009. The best part of his job is interacting with a diverse group of people from a wide variety of backgrounds who are seeking God. He likes family, reading, coffee, laughing, Yankees and Giants, junktiquing, yard work, talking to strangers, and coaching leadership.
Brad Hixon | Teaching Pastor
Brad joined Faith Church in 2018. The best part of his job is teaching God’s Word and seeing people take one step closer to Jesus. He enjoys traveling with his family, playing golf, and working in the yard.
Jack Wilson | Executive Pastor
Jack originally joined the pastoral staff in 1994 as Singles/Adult Ministries Pastor, serving until 2000. He returned to staff as Executive Pastor in 2011. The best parts of his job, in no particular order, are: partnering with Pastor Joe in leading the staff and serving as an Elder; partnering with the pastoral team to help them accomplish all God is calling them to do; highest level oversight of church finances; and overall variety of responsibilities. His interests include golf, walking, reading presidential biographies and legal novels, time with grandkids, Penn State football, and the Pittsburgh Pirates, Steelers, and Penguins!
Rod Lyon | Worship Pastor
Rod joined Faith Church in 2014. The best part of his job is to encourage, develop and unleash men, women and students who have a passion for Jesus to serve and lead others in worship. He loves to spend Fridays with his wife exploring Pennsylvania and surrounding areas, cooking and grilling, photography (especially of his four grandkids), playing tennis and golf, reading theology and historical fiction and novels.
Melissa Diem | NextGen & Connections Director
Melissa has been on staff at Faith Church since 2016. The best part of her job is having a front row seat to life change. She likes reading, family, laughing often, learning from others, and meeting new people.
Paul Meiners | Senior Associate Pastor
Paul came to his current role at Faith Church in 2012 after serving as the District Superintendent for the Eastern District of the Evangelical Free Church of America. He enjoys serving alongside the members of the Faith Church team, and also finds it rewarding to help shepherd people who are struggling with serious life situations. His interests are reading (biographies, theology, novels, news reports), anything to do with baseball (especially the Chicago Cubs), hanging out with family (including 9 grandchildren), and maintenance and repair of his home.
Greg Wollenhaupt | Care & Counseling Pastor
Greg joined Faith Church staff in 1995. The best part of his job is seeing people find freedom in Jesus. His interests include traveling with his wife, playing games with his family, riding his 1985 Yamaha Virago 1000, enjoying good pizza with friends, and reading counseling and leadership books.
Emily Anthony | Communications Director
Emily has been on staff at Faith Church since 2011. The best part of her job is the fact that each day holds unique challenges, surprises, and joys - and you never quite know what might happen when creative minds start collaborating! Her interests include sewing, world travel, writing, Indian food, Disney movies, aunthood, bargain hunting, and chocolate in all forms.
Michele Anthony | Outreach Director
Michele joined the Faith Church team in 2005. The best part of her job is getting to know and encourage our global staff families, and visiting them in the places where they live and work. She loves spending time with her family, getting to know her new grandson, seeing new places in the world, reading, and walking.
Erica Elcock | Human Resources Director / Executive Assistant
Erica joined the Faith Church staff in 2014. She enjoys working on a team with many different moving parts – all for God’s glory. Erica’s interests include hanging out with family, walking throughout her neighborhood, exploring new teas, and baking cookies – yum!
Andy Schneider | Young Adults Pastor
Andy joined the Faith Church staff in 2016. He loves equipping and motivating people to use their unique gifts to joyfully further God’s kingdom through love, service, and leadership. Andy enjoys learning, reading epic novels, studying languages, playing tennis and soccer, eating at smorgasbords, making music with family, cheering for everything Philadelphia, teaching laughter and fun to his two little ones, and sneaking in ice cream dates when they’re asleep.
Tim Gardner | High School Pastor
Tim joined Faith Church staff in 2014. He loves working with a team of leaders who enjoy deepening relationships with students and helping them find hope in Jesus. His interests included reading to and playing with his kids, running through the Lehigh Parkway, kayaking on lakes, and finding the best food in town.
Pam Zimmerman | Middle School Director
Pam has been in Student Ministry at Faith Church since 2011 (she held prior positions in Kids Ministry at Faith Church). Part of her passion for Student Ministry is to create experiences and foster an environment where students are in community having fun…yet challenged to lean into their faith so that students experience authentic transformation. She highly values unleashing leaders to thrive in their gifts as they serve and to be an integral part of transforming students lives. She enjoys spending time on their orchard in Kempton. She loves reading leadership books on the deck and created a hashtag #kemptonsky because of the peaceful views. She unabashedly uses Jimmy Fallon games as much as possible with her students…because who doesn’t love crazy games.
Jeff Grant | Operations Pastor
Jeff came to Faith Church in 2013. The best part of his job is eliminating distractions so that God can show up! He loves hiking, watching soccer, the Eagles, and playing golf.
Brooke Solberg | Pastor Emeritus
Pastor Brooke was Faith Church's Senior Pastor in the 80's and 90's, then served again a decade later as interim pastor. He recently came back on staff in 2019. A true pastor at heart, Brooke loves getting the opportunity to meet with people and care for them well. He loves having lunch with old and new friends (he doesn't do breakfast!), walking in the park, and casual reading of articles about Archeology and Christian Apologetics, always with a pen in hand and a clipboard nearby.
